Where? Your home, Paul’s home gym, at a local park, Mary Peters Track, it’s your choice.

When? At all times, the sooner the better. Paul has helped people get in shape for summer holidays, Christmas, new years resolution, weddings and more importantly to improve general health.

How? Paul will adopt a program to your specific requirements. Depending on your goals, a training program, and nutrition program will be altered accordingly. By starting with a realistic plan, you will see improvements in fitness and body shape within a few weeks.

Why?

A healthy lifestyle will help a person life longer and more importantly help their quality of life. Apart from feeling better, looking better and having more energy to enjoy life, there are many health reasons to exercise. Many cancers, heart problems, diabetics, osteoporosis (see Paul’s article on Osteoporosis) etc can be prevented or at least reduced through a healthy lifestyle, or indeed accelerated through a poor lifestyle. Unfortunately as a nation we tend to be reactive and wait until a problem exists, when all know prevention is the best medication.

Through a relatively short period of personal training you can learn the best techniques and practices, from the latest in world leading research to ensure safe and efficient aerobic training, strength and body toning, and healthy eating habits.

I recently helped a client who had spent 5 years exercising to well known workout videos. After spending a fortune on physiotherapist she still couldn’t get to the route of her knee trouble. After 5 minutes of exercising I could see that the way she performed her squat was not only causing her knee trouble but she wasn’t even using her gluts (bum) which was the main area she was hoping to tone! Better late than never I suppose!
